Note * Originally built in 1964, after current owners purchased the property in late 1989, the property was "re-built" and completely remodeled (i.e., re leveled under the building, in the floor radiant heat added to lower level, new plumbing and electrical, 8 inches of insulation, new siding, steal I beams inserted between levels, replaced all windows and doors, added rooms, added a mound septic system).
